Default Weapon R Coolant/windshield washer tank

Just curious if anyone is running this, and if they have some additional pictures/dimensions then what's on Weapon R's website

Here's a pic
http://www.weapon-r.com/store/html/i...catchtank3.jpg

Link to the page with more info
http://www.weapon-r.com/store/agora....ppinc=search2#

I'm interested in it because the turbo legacies have a coolant tank on the back side of the intake manifold, which interferes with mounting an intercooler.

Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Josh

That's what I wanted to know, and was hoping someone had one.

I've emailed Weapon R, and asked them for more pictures or a engineering type drawing. If I get any additional info, I'll past it along.

Weapon-R and "engineering" don't belong in the same sentence. Their crap is worthless garbage, imho.

I got some additional pictures.

From the pictures, it looks like it's meant to replace the coolant/overflow expansion tank.

If we could get some additional fittings on the tank, I think it could work.

The tank is just sheet metal, so either bungs need to be welded on so you can screw in NPT fittings, or the fittings need to be welded on.

No way you're going to tap 1/8" piece of sheet metal to support the hardware needed for the fittings.
