Ever been to one that isn't sleazy? I have. Runway 66 in Toronto. It's AMAZING!

But then again, I've been to one in the north woods that was in a double wide trailer.

Yes, for 48 seconds in Anchorage, AK. Walk in the door, 3 floors, atrium style, fog machines, chicks dancing on all 3 levels, looked pretty cool. Then we got carded. Friend's cousin got a DUI the night before so he didn't have an ID.

So we went to the cheap strip club. Yeeesh. So many bad c-section scars; the ones that weren't hidden by folds of skin anyway. At least they had super cheap (for AK) beer. $7/pitcher for Bud Light.

Right, with his recent paycheck he should be dropping orange, at least purple.

But srsly, would be nice to hear from him, the quiet is making me nervous, like he is not having the easy version of teh covid.

Hey sorry fellas, got kinda wrapped up in some female drama and dropped off.

Got released by my doctor and was back to work Monday. Was interviewed by the county public health department, they were doing there best to track it and connect me to others that could be related to me.
I'm going to see about donating plasma this week. Currently stuck at work doing a 24 hour forced shift

Good news, you don't have to spend all that hard earned sequestering money on crippling medical debt!

Yeah, we work 12hr shifts and the graveyard dude called in sick. The boss called everyone that was off to no avail. I was lower on the evergreen than my shift partner and neither of us wanted to stay so it falls to me. We have a be here 365, 24/7.

That's messed up. Can you take the extra 6hrs shift, and he take the next extra 6hrs shift to keep it fair? How is it legal (possible) to make someone work a full 24hrs?

We used to do that, but the new rules are that there has to be an 8hr break between shifts, that would put us in a 6hr break situation regularly, which by our contract they would have to pay us double time the whole next shift and the company doesn't want that of course. We don't get a lunch or breaks either. We get paid 12 hours for 6-6. Since I worked that extra 12 they pay me for 3 meals, which each one is a half hour at double time.
It's the nature of the job. The ****ty parts are outweighed by the compensation.
