Default 2019 STi Cobb Stage 3 question

I'm working towards a full bolt on stage 3/flex fuel from Cobb. I have a tuner close to me who does street tuning. Is this ok, or should I find someone with a 4 wheel dyno to tune on?

Road tunes can be better than dyno tunes...

It’s true. OEMs do tons of road tuning across a bunch of different temperatures and elevations. The idea that three full throttle dyno runs will appropriately tune your car is really weird to me.

Back in the day my car was first tuned by Tim Bailey on a dyno but after the dyno run he actually took the car out on the road and dialed in the rest of the tune. I'm not sure if tuners still do that or not.
