Default Mysterious Plug

I’ve attached a link to two photos. In the process of a shortblock replacement on a 2013 STI. We’ve labeled everything etc but I saw this dangling back there and can not find what it goes to.

Well that would be good. But I think the ground for the starter is a cable with a bolt. I’ll have to look at it tomorrow.

That's the starter ground/signal wire.
