Default such thing as a quality generic "ebay" mufflers

Been reading around and seeing that cheap ebay mufflers arent really worth considering due to being "fart" cans and maybe with stainless steel quality/longevity issues. But is there a generic muffler out there that is well made for $100 or so a can? Or am better off going with expensive HKS, Greddy, etc mufflers that go for $300+ a can?

Looking for that dual cannon N1 look in the rear seeing if my exhaust shop can weld something up if i pick out my mufflers first.

If your trying to save money, look for a good brand muffler on amazon, then check Other Sellers. You might find a open box return from amazon warehouse for half price. The only issue is they are usually universal mufflers, so you will need to add brackets or have it done at a shop

If you want to save money, buy a quality part that is used off NASIOC or Facebook, and then clean it up.

+1. I too think best is to buy a used Remark or Nameless, etc if on a tight budget unless you can fabricate the piping and weld your own axle back together.

One thing about cheap setups is if you live in a salt belt state, it will rust from the metal hangers and welds can rust through. You can try painting it with engine enamel to prolong the life.

eBay doesn't make mufflers. There are thousands of no name junk Chinese pieces you can buy for cheap that will last for at least a week.

cheapest im seeing is greddys revolution series which if i buy 2x new seem to be around the price of a quality used brand name piece here and on facebook and elsewhere given that ill have to have custom hangers and axleback piping made.
