Sounds like they messsed up putting something back together right after the recall work.

Sounds plausible but I am not certain. Again was told that the VIN didn't fall under the delayed start TSBs but they somehow were able to re-flash the ECM and say its starting every time now. Going to pick the car up this afternoon and see how it works out.

When I had those long start issues (somewhat) fixed with a flash, they told me the service bulletin numbers I had printed out didn't apply to my car but they found the ones that did apply to my car and flashed them. Then again, that dealer was always incredibly helpful and rarely charged me for anything, and I know that's not the standard for dealers.
