Mishimoto products rarely fit right, get the Grimmspeed kit and never look back.

Good to know, I will look into the Grimmspeed.
Mishimoto fitment just an issue with the current WRX? I've had no complaints with their products on other cars.

I've had bad luck on other platforms, but I can tell you from experience the Grimmspeed kit fits 100% perfect.

Do yourself a huge favor and just buy the Stage 3 Grimmspeed parts kit, everything fits perfect (charge pipe is a pain but it fits).

Got some exhaust recordings of the Invidia setup before it comes off this weekend.
Sounds great, but it's too loud for our family car and I dislike the single big soup can appearance.

Ditched the Invidia N1 Racing exhaust for the Tsudo 3" catback.
I greatly prefer the OEM+ quad tip appearance and the softer sound while retaining a full 3" system. Seems that there is better scavenging now, as the car pulls a bit harder and smoother on the low end.

I built a permanent GPS mount and hardwired it in. Mounted at the base of the A pillar, which is tethered; this isn't going anywhere upon airbag deployment. Great location for ease of visibility and minimal glare off the windshield.

My wife got a Master Sword umbrella for Christmas, with nowhere but the trunk to store it. So I threaded some velcro straps through the liner to hold it in place and out of the way.

Lastly, I installed the MPX front lip and an old LED light bar that I had. Not as bright as the hella setup on my Porsche, but still a great addition to the high beams on our mountain roads. The brackets are bolted to the metal bumper and fed through the lower grille, so nothing had to be cut and nothing is blocking the radiator.

Posted in both my build thread and the "what did you do to your car today" thread, both seemed like applicable places.

Pulled out the plotter last night to make some stickers for the car.

My wife plans to do a couple of local events with it this season and the "real chicks drive sticks" is a sticker she has had on all her cars.

All three of these are mine. But this was on my property, we didn't take them all on the road at the same time.

Lots of fun was had!

I was under the impression the purple Subaru belongs to your wife, picture looks good.

Ah! Well... Yeah. All of our cars technically belong to both of us.
The WRX being her daily.

I had thrown in the Morimoto HID kit over Christmas. I've always been a fan of Morimoto kits and it truly is a plug and play setup on these cars.

Video on oil change (which we hopefully all know how to do this already) and installing the Fumoto Oil Drain Valve.

I've used these valves on my cars for about 10 years now and never had any problems with them. They make oil changes super easy.
