Default ISO HELP repinning an 02 wrx gauge cluster harness to an 01 RS gauge cluster

I have a 2001 Impreza Outback sport with a full 02 wrx drivetrain and wiring harness. I attempted to do this myself twice now and both times have failed.

I want to repin the wrx gauge cluster harness to plug in and function with the 01 2.5RS gauge cluster. A listed pin out of which pin from the wrx harness goes into which pin on the RS gauge cluster plug is basically what I’m looking for.

For example

WRX HARNESS GC PLUG

A2 B4

C3 A13

Etc etc

I’ve seen this swap done opposite so I know it works, people have done this swap with 04+ STi clusters into gc harnesses so I know it can be done the opposite way. I just for the life of me can’t find any information on people who have done this, and I guess I’m just too stupid to understand the wiring diagrams from both.

Any help is appreciated. TIA
