Default Tornador?

I'm thinking of buying a Tornador for carpet and engine bay cleaning can anyone recommend this tool and is it safe to degrease the engine bay with it?

nextzett Perfect Shine - Adding GLOSS to your paint is now Easier than Ever!

I would like to take this time to introduce one of our new favorite products at the shop, nextzett Perfect Shine. We have now been using it in the shop for over 4 months. Nextzett Perfect Shine produces some amazing results, primarily it's gloss enhancing abilities. It seems to add a nice gloss to the finish, as well a super slick feel. It's works on dark and light colors, even on silvers and whites, it just adds a great look to the paint.

Nextzett Perfect Shine has been primarily used after washes either as a drying agent or touch ups! Personally we have been using this after each maintenance wash for our own cars and results have been stellar. We have also been using it to touch up "Spray and Seal" type products, like Sonax Spray and Seal, Nanolex Wash Coat, and many others.

This product has really no downsides to it except for when you use too much product you may need to buff off any haze left behind, a little goes a long way. It's not a beading product so if that's what you like you won't get it here, but if you like....no if you love gloss this is the product for you and your vehicle.

So here it is from a scale of 1-5, 5 being the best

Gloss - 5
Slickness - 5
Beading - 2
Ease of use - 5
Price - 5

These are a few cars with nothing but a wash and nextzett Perfect Shine.

What the Manufacturer Says:

Finding that one perfect quick detailer seems to be every detailing enthusiast's mission. We'd like to think that Perfect Shine might be the one you're looking for.

A polymer-based formula, which means you get amazing protection, that goes on easily whether you're applying in direct sunlight or in the shade. No smearing and no working the product into the paint. Normally we'd recommend against applying in direct sunlight but it's not always possible to spray in the shade - like when you're at a car show and you want your ride looking its best.

The deep gloss finish will make it look like you applied a coating to your car and while it doesn't offer months of protection, it will enhance the protection of whatever type of coating you've applied including ceramic, carnauba, polymer and so on.

So, whether you're looking to boost the gloss factor after you've washed your car or you need to remove bird droppings, you will find Perfect Shine excels on many levels.
  • A high-performance polymer spray that cleans and protects while providing super depth and gloss
  • Repels dust and pollen while dispersing water
  • Just spray and wipe - even in direct sunlight! No smearing!
  • For use on all painted finishes, glass, plastic and metal trim

Perfect Shine also serves these purposes:
  • Waterless wash: can be used as a waterless wash due to its high lubricity. Just spray on the surface and wipe down with a microfiber cloth as you would any waterless wash
  • Pad Primer: use to prime new polishing pads
  • Clay Lubricant: its high lubricity makes it a perfect clay lubricant

Price: $18.99
Size: 16.9 oz

You can buy it here - Nextzett Perfect Shine at Detailer's Domain

Default Whats the best daily use product for wash/wax

I know there are a lot of different opinions on this but from your experience what is the best Wash and Wax for both shine and protection. Should I be using a separate wash and wax or do you get same results with a Wash/Wax combined in one bottle? Which is better?

Hey i'm currently looking for an STI, 2004-07 but I live in canada and the roads are salted to hell and back in the winter, and I was wondering if a solid undercoating job once a year before the snow hits will be good enough to prevent any rust issues, and also if i could use something like nu-finish along with another product to prevent the exterior body rust, you know something the salt can eat away besides the paint. Ceramic coating? Give me your thoughts and experiences please

i will be also washing the vehicle at the very least once a week during the winter, even twice if i have to

I purchased the car used and this small bit of paint(?) is on the front fender. I tried a Meguiar's cutting disc with FG400 but it wasn't that effective.

What would be the best way to remove this?

Thanks

Practice on a test panel if you’ve never done this before.

I know this is an old thread but I wanted to give a ton of credit to Detailer's Domain for an amazing job they did on my car. The car was painted very recently and I want to protect the investment I just made. After talking with Phil he gave me a great deal on the work. The car looks better than Ive ever seen.

They Xpeled the whole front end, side skirts, lower doors, rear bumper and roof. Probably more than I am forgetting and ceramic coated the whole car. The results speak for themselves.

Thank you again Phil!
