Flashed my own little tune onto the ecu that stopped detonation. Previous owner had most likely looked in his couch cushions for some pocket change for the penny tune on the car. Couldn't even call that thing "walmart tune" that thing must've been dollar store tune.

I said nice things to it and told it I would get it some new brakes, rotors, and a car wash soon.

All but ready to drop back in. Hit a little snag, the KB turbo inlet and IAG AOS have a bit of a compatibility issue, but I ordered some fittings that should resolve the discrepancies. IAG uses two hoses from the inlet but KB only provides a plug for the second port (their AOS only uses one I guess). Gonna try out the fittings tomorrow and see which one works best. Got a bunch of gear oil too, can’t wait to get it all back together (hopefully next week). It’s only been since July lol. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Today been trying to diagnose a rough-idle. No CEL, but a smell of fuel. Removed the coil packs and will take out the spark plugs tomorrow morning - ran out of time today
