is there any junkyard in vancouver to get old and useable subaru parts for cheap price?

Specialty Subaru in North Vancouver you can pm (6th gear = Jeremy) here and he can help you out with New or used Suby's for sale!

And I would say Rocket Rally (on here as tora and patr) in Squamish might be a good place to get WRX and STi parts from cars that have been swapped out, but not sure why you would need old parts on a 08 Suby?

thanks so much for the info..
as for junkyard question..
since i'll be full time studying with part time job.. money is an issue for me.
i can live with everything on the very stanrdard model but the rare drum brake just a big turn off for me.
the sportpackage add rare disk brake and few other option.. but cost maybe 4 or 5g more than standard model..
my heart is bleeding now..
should i eat instant noodle everyday to save money for sportpackage or place my bet on standard one.. and see if i can find usable whole rare disk brake system on 08 model already..
and the mod can be a problem too.. with new BA+ESC+hill holding system and e-brake..
i'm not sure if it'll work now with so many things control by computer chip.

Saltair Recycling on the island is your best bet for finding subaru parts around here

Just added a VIC vernacular phrase section, with "fuka" as the first entry.

If you can think of any other phrases specific to VIC that should go on the list, do post in here and we'll add it to the big list up top.

LaterZ!

I am not sure if this is the right place to post this, but my wife and I have recently moved to Vancouver (Commercial Drive) and we have bought our first Subaru. It is a 2002 2.5TS and we love it!! I am interested in doing the exhaust and intake (for starters) and I am wondering if anybody knows where I can buy performance parts for the NA motor? It seems that everywhere has only stuff for the WRXs etc.... Also, do the WRX wheels fit on the TS?? I know the STI has a 5X114 pattern and the TS is 5X100 but what is the WRX?
Sorry if this is the wrong forum to be posting in, kinda new to all this!

Cheers
Cameron

Welcome to Vancouver Cameron. The WRX uses 5X100 pattern. Any local or online shops that carries wrx parts will carry stuff for NA motors. Just avoid places like Canadian Tire.

No worries on the Canadian Tire front, I try to avoid that place for most things

If the link is dead, I will remove it. Maybe we'll give it a day or two to see if it is a temporary thing.
