Is that kind of power even safe for the 2.0 engine?

Most Current Dyno Oct 26th built bottom, 20g with 10cm housing, FMIC, TVG deleats, and APS exhaust, running 20psi. Pat still has a little more work to do as the day was shorten fixing little mech. issues, clamps loose, air leaks, IC leaks, coolent leaks etc.

Green line is the baseline on a Maxwell Power Tune going into Rocket.

Stock Block 20g and meth

Stag 2 AP2 tune with cobb catted DP and SPT intake.

I don't think your gearbox will like any more than that. I suppose the before and after (green line) demonstrates what a custom RR tune gives you (or had you put a lot of stuff on without changing the Maxwell tune)?

I like that the improvement start at just 3200 rpm.

Did they have to pressure test systems to find those leaks or did you know they were there?

Pat vs Dom and also with Meth hooked up other then that nothing, but fixing a couple of issues stated above.

Adding meth will account for some of the gains but the previous tune really wasn't doing you any favours.

had a visit with dom today.

I really didnt have my **** together but he hooked me up. re routed some PCV crap, and got some good insight as to why my car is apparently not how it should be. When i built the motor i did research my block/head combination but i somehow overlooked the importance of matching the dimensions and volume of the combustion chamber on the head with the bore on the block. Now of course this caused a huge issue while tuning. Apparently im running 6 degrees LESS timing than i should be and he stopped at only 18.5 psi to keep it safe. needless to say once i revise the heads and mess around a bit more with some other things it should be a bit better. as it sits with these current numbers the car is WAYYYY faster than it was and runs really well. we just cant push it any more until the comporession ratio drops and the shape of the chamber is imporved via CNC. http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/show...on+chamber+cnc

The rotated turbo setup spools up so quickly that I don't notice any loss of low end torque.

cheers.
