Default Whirring noise

2017 base 5 door cvc tranny about 30,000 miles. Has been serviced by dealer so assume car has all fixes. Has an up down whirring noise related to tire rotation. I haven't asked dealer to check as the noise is low and not getting louder. Welcome any experience for this car.

I would look into the wheel bearings and tires. If the tires are worn down pretty low they start to get noisy.

Also wheel bearings aren’t unheard of on these cars to go out that quickly.

Less common is the rear diff or brakes dragging.

Default Follow up

Took to dealer. Replaced left rear bearing. No charge. Guess covered by 5 year power train warranty of silent recall. Subaru retains my ongoing satisfaction.
