So its looking more and more like the 2020 STI is going to get this FA2.4 platform.

Glad the Legacy is getting some proper power options again; I like that interior and i'm excited to see how it turns out! Looks like they are taking strides for a more high end feel, but i really hope they have the performance to match it. Really need to bring back the forester xt!

That interior looks awesome! I wish the exterior body styling was a bit more aggressive.

Nice looking with decent power and a more upscale interior. Had me until...C-V-T. Why can't that uninspiring, ineffective drone-band just go away?

So glad they are bringing a performance based legacy back. I’ve always been a fan of the 2.5 gt. I think it looks nice, especially the interior but I have to agree, I’m not a fan of the CVT.

The real killer is the CVT but it is too big for the power it has to be a proper sports sedan. I was hoping the new platform would bring back the sports to the Legacy but this just seems like an Outback sedan without the body cladding.

It seems like the spiritual successor to the sporty Legacy is the Levorg.

I own a 2009 Legacy 2.5 GT, I really like this car. ESP the horsepower.

No clutch, no hatch (ignores Outback), no care.
