Forester/impreza lift kit
A true lift kit I have been working on.
Lift spacers for struts Drop spacers for everything under car including swaybars 04 Forester XT struts and springs 04 Forester XT wheels with brand new Falken High Country A/T 225/75R16 This is what it will look like installed. And here is one on my actual car, just the front was done. That is sitting on the floor and the back was supported by jackstands. That gives you an idea of how high it will be. I could fit my head in between the tire and fender. Here are the billet blocks, yes there are a lot.

The only issue is that you cannot use normal offset wheels with such a modification. I love the idea otherwise.

If your going to try brackets like that for the struts you should at least box them to stiffen em up. First time you hit the brakes hard and that flat piece of steel gets loaded from the side it gonna fold in half

Forester looks cool but your lift kit design is scary bad.

LOL, nope I didn't die. I sold the car before I finished it. I also sold the kit. I can guarantee you that that lift was no more dangerous than half the guys running around on slammed cars with no suspension travel and tons of camber wear on their tires lol. I am thinking of building another one but this time I may actually build sleeves for the struts so I can make it adjustable and actually use some shocks that have a decent amount of travel.
