Did they seriously not have ethanol? I saw you left before the last session. That guy driving the M5 that we were talking with almost lost it bad again but miraculously saved it, again.

I can run gasoline but I thought my boost was creeping and wanted to stick with hugh ethanol content. After I got home and looked at logs it turned out i was actually only running 20psi, the 25psi peak I kept getting was just a glitch or something for a millisecond here and there.

That bmw guy was into it. I rode around with him on touring laps and he was taking serious mental notes of all the cones and flaggers. Glad he was pushing it and still keeping it on the track.

I learned a few things about mine, like the way it undeesteered hard on rights and held great on left's makes me think it needs a serious corner balance. My oil temps were pegged over 250 so that needs addressed. Even though I was on all season tyres, I don't think they held me back. The car was very predictable and stable. Im actually quite proud of it now.

So in summary, before I return:
Corner balance
Oil cooler
Clean map sensor contacts
Maybe 2 more psi of boost for the straights.

Awesome man I'm glad to hear it worked out for you, the tiny bit I saw of you looked really good you should be proud. And I think you're on point with your priorities.

In regard to tires I'm of the mind that learning on crappy tires then stepping up to a good set is far better for long-term skill building than getting a good set right off the bat so I say run those all seasons then step up when feel like you've hit a plateau. Early on we're held back by our skill for more then our equipment.

That offer for an alignment still stands by the way. I can't corner balance but we've got a reasonably new Hunter rack and I'll do it for free as long as you come during off hours just to say I did it.

Sweet thanks. Might take you up on that. I'm gonna start building some 1/2" wider control arms tomorrow. And the install a shoreline roll center kit. The wider arms are for axle bind. I don't know if I messed something up but my axles are almost fully compressed so if I go any lower they bind and shake in corners
