Default Some interesting facts on Intake comparison.....

I have been running an Injen sort ram on my car, (used to be a CAI, but I cut the tube in half with a dremel.) My intake temps with the short ram were a consistent 113 degrees F. I got a rubber connector with hose clamps today and turned it back into a CAI. Intakes temps dropped a full 20 degrees F, down to 93 deg. F. However I will probobly be going back to my original setup becuse I have been getting more knock with the intake in its current state. Just thought I would share my results. -Mike-

Well, thats why Im putting it back to short ram. But it did lower the temps 20deg, and had the car been tuned for it, Im sure it would have made a differance.
