W/kg, yes....but he's also 45lbs lighter and 9 inches shorter than Ganna so he's going to punch a smaller hole in the wind.
If people like Sagan, WVA, or MVDP are the units of pro cycling in the 160-170lb neighborhood and 6" tall, Ganna is the hulk at 6'4" and 180lbs. The really impressive thing about the larger guys is their bodies' ability to provide so much energy to their muscles over time...and then deliver an explosive (or more diesel-like for WVA) sprint at the end of a long race. |

Ganna is a massive powerful dude. He looked like a superhero on that beautiful pinarello. Still impressive what Remco did. 3rd behind those power monsters on a flat course in a stacked field. I'm excited to watch his future. Also Tony Martin is a badass. I've loved watching him race. I can't wait until this Sunday.
Edit: It totally sux about Chris Sørenson |

As long as it's stronger than the locks on the adjacent non-****ty bikes it's good enough.

Picked up some cycling shoes finally
purchased sh-51s, did not want the multi-release Not sure if I'm poor or I really just love this ol' steed.... I'm leaning towards the former, but I'm sure it's the latter Had to get the crank arm repaired. Threads were stripped and it was not done by me. In the future I plan to do a new crankset, double chainrings and shifters. They didn't want to trash my handle bar wrap, and said the bike is in good shape. picked her up today (going for a test hit later this evening). new saddle new peddles Last edited by JDMJNKY; 10-03-2021 at 07:49 PM. |

There's a certain purity to less expensive (but well maintained) bikes.
Kinda wish I had a sleeper with bar-end shifters and low profile wheels. |

I do enjoy it and I'm updating it as I go. Really looking forward to the doubles update.
Wow, I've never seen bar end shifters, those are dope. |

Sadly nobody makes hydraulic brake levers that are just brake levers. 11-speed Dura Ace bar end shifters are still available.

I'm sure with enough creativity a DIY is possible, but I'm not ready for that, not just yet. I need to focus on not falling; my clumsy ass already fell, stopping to talk to the gardener. Unclipped my right and forgot about my left.

I was very interested in them, then got a new house, having a baby, opening a bar, doing all the things and forgot about these bike shoes, I need to put them on my Christmas list.

I've had these pedals on my gravel bike for ~2500 miles and recently swapped em out for some platforms. (Crank Bros Stamp 3)
Flat with pretty much anything: Fine SPDs w/MTB shoes: Fine SPDs w/road or gravel shoes: chunks of meat out of my legs due to platform side screws, thinking I clipped in and sliding. Hopefully you have a better experience with those Adidas than I did with any other non-mtb shoe with cleats. You may want to use some cleat shims. |

You honestly don't need the screws if using flat shoes. The layout and ridging do pretty well even in steep/bumpy trails

@EL WRAY - I won't be using them.
Well guys, I did end up taking that ride Thursday morning. The weather was cool and beautiful. Thanks to strava, the gassed rider has more vigor to get in shape now. I feel I was more fit my first ride; yet, the clipped in results blew me away. So......I've finally decided to hit the gym. Any workout styles/tips, anyone? Strava segment comparisons |
