Are you looking for a full on performance shop with dyno and everything, or a shop that can do the general work/mods and not nitpick on stupid things for PA state Inspection?

As far as full on with dyno I am familiar with RT Tuning which is in montgomeryville they are well known for building subarus, I bought a remanufactured block from them for a WRX I replaced the engine in and that was top quality, customer was very satisfied, and they have done tuning for a few people I know with good results.

I got my Evo tuned at JK Tuning and was really happy with it. Normally I'd say CBRD but they are doing less tuning nowadays.

I second JK tuning. His deep electrical engineering level insight combined with a passion for quality makes John unbeatable when it comes to tunes.
