aftermarket stuff?
My husband and I just bought a '19 Cool Gray Khaki Crosstrek with a six speed.
I know that Kartboy has a kit to shore up the floppy shifter (already ordered). It looks like there are some struts available, such as Koni. Does anyone have a line on any handling modifications that are out there, such as a front swaybar? Karen

I can't point you to an aftermarket part, but wonder why you want a different front sway bar. I expect you know that increasing the size of the front sway will push the Crosstrek towards understeer even more than it presently is, right? If you're looking to reduce understeer, you'd increase the rear sway bar size.

Isn’t changing the sway bars in cars on the global platform a compete cluster F too? It’s not as easy as unbolting the old and bolting up the new.

What size is the swaybar on your Crosstrek? i thought they were already big enough. They look huge on the 2019s.

HI Guys, looking to get a stage 3 tune for the 15 Crosstrek XV.
The expensive JDM Chip Tuning looks good but at $219 is it worth what I would pay for it? On Ebay there are much cheaper versions liker the Dragon Fire performance chip that goes for only $69.97? Or is there a standard in the know chip out there I am missing? Want to get what I pay for and not afraid to pay for what I get if it works well! I have K&M air intake and Borla exhaust Cheers, Gene Hancock |
