Default Anyone know where these two nipples lead to? EJ207

There is a rubber line that lines up with the left nipple, but the hose size seems off.

I believe that is the fuel pressure regulator and it does connect back into the manifold there.

Yes those two should be connected to one another with a single vacuum line

Pinch zoom and you can see it in this picture

there is a small vacuum line that connects those two nipples

If it comes out of a nipple on the manifold under the throttle body - yes.
