Default ****Official '80s Freestylin' thread****for the old guys!!!

So I'm still thinking that Eddie Fiola was good. But I still think Mike Dominguez blew up after his attempts at 720's. Back in the day, 720's were virtually impossible!

Still gotta give props to that kid from Kansas named...what...DMC? Haro still lives!!!

How about Matt Hoffman, when he was just a kid? Flock of seagulls haircut and all.

How about the bikes? Haro, Dyno, GT, Fred Blood (obscure) and for the race guys: pk ripper, hutch, ?

Gumby, man I can't remember who that was, Mirra? Not sure.

When I lived in Germany, on an airbase, it was the start of freestyle going big, and it was hard as hell to get a good bike. My best friend got a dyno shipped to our apo/fpo, and you would think he was riding around in a ferrari.

You know who was the best??????

Will Smith when he would Host DJ on Power 99 in Philly.

Second best was Heavy D when he would show up on the local college radio station. They would put him on the spot to freestyle, throw out a beat and he could do a 20 minute rap that would make most do a double take thinking it was the latest hip-hop song. I still have some tapes somewhere from his appearances. RIP Heavy D.

at one point I could do 26.32 second 50 Freestyle.

I also had a huffie, until I jumped it off a porch into a 2ft snow bank with it trying to impress a girl.
