Got my 98 2.5RS and 02 wrx engine and all wiring getting ready to tackle this thing I been looking over your page here hopefully you still look at nasioc
let me see if I understand this right you are swapping to the wrx ecu leaving the rs wiring inside the car and merging the wires to the ecu and using the wiring to the wrx motor so it would plug into the wrx ecu if thats so Im kinda wondering why you put the rs fans in seems like if you used the wrx ecu and motor wiring wouldnt you use the wrx fans

It's been nearly a decade and a half since I did it but I seem to recall that the RS front sub harness with the rad connections has to stay ?because of the ABS block?. The RS fans I think are just on/off (full power) but the WRX ones can have a variable low speed hence the 3rd wire.
