Nice to hear you were lucky with the maf location. I did a custom setup on my forester with the maf located here:

would not idle for shiz. But I made a new cold air intake with the maf like this:

Idles fine now just gotta go back and get a touch up tune.

Nice work, I am new to tig as well and aluminum fillet welds are tricky

Ok, you've officially given me motivation to do up my Saabaru. Since the body of the car doesn't promote decent cooling, this setup would probably solve many of my packaging/heat issues I'm having.

Simply amazing. Would you or could you list your parts list of your current setup?

I can make up a list of what's in the car but mostly everything is custom made. I am looking into the possibility now of doing a production run of a few up and down pipe combos to rotate the factory turbo.

I'm looking to see about fabbing up a similar up-pipe adapter as the TurboXS rotated kit. I've already installed a Grimmspeed 38mm EWG and would like to keep it. We'll see. Props for taking the time and patience of building and more importantly sharing with all of us here.

here is a graph of the car, still on a rough tune at 18 psi, boost will go up and AVCS will be played with.

Necessity is the mother of invention! Your skill just paid for the TIG welder...This is a Brilliant way to help with the lag that comes with installing a FMIC with a stock turbo...Bookmarking this as a reference.

Never drove with the rotated stocker, I didn't like the setup, thus the front mount idea.

And an update for the car, everything runs just great no over heating or anything. Spool is very quick and the waste gate is very loud. I've been meaning to play around with the muffler again but now it's winter I drive this car daily so I can't really take it off the road for a day to play with it.

Currently thinking about some king springs and grippy tires, this is my winter car after all
