I'm down. At one point, I had the dance off scene from American pie, where Stiffler duels with the big gay dude; down pat.

Come at me bro.

Remove tabs(optional) but yields better fitment
Then use industrial strength automotive double sided tape or adhesive

Hey, i'm new, but i'm trying to change the valve cover gaskets on my non-turbo 2.5i, and its a huge pain in the butt.

Does anyone have a good recommend for a place i can take it to have it done? The stealership in ogden wants $420 to do it.

Seriously? Tape? That just seems like it would just fall off after one day of winter driving? I just spent $$$ getting these painted, and want something that would be as close to factory, and is promising to stay on there

automotive grade is different than walmart grade. you asked for a alternative.

I personally did it the right way and bought a STI bumper sprayed it and installed exactly to OEM spec. That is your other option. If you want permanent alternative look towards the adhesives then.

Auto grade will work, I used it to hold on a rear Window spoiler and tested it to 140 mph
