Default Do Legacy seats fit in 2005 WRX??

I have a 2005 WRX and the seats are terrible.... I tried putting in 2003 seats and it is better but still not great. The 2005 Legacy Limited seat was real comfortable when I checked it out at the Subaru dealer while mine was in for service so I started thinking maybe I could get one of those for the WRX so I can keep it. I know the power option will have to be connected in some fashion because mine does not have power seats but my main concerns are the 4 points that connect it to the body and the airbag and seatbelt light connectors.

IF it doesn't work, guess it's time to sell it. I like everything else about so that will be disappointing. I will be listing it on here of course so PM me if you have any info or are interested.....

Thanks..... Steve

aww
i really like the WRX one piece seats
they look nasty in my opinion, and changing them would be one of my final upgrades the car if I did that

anyways i dont see why it couldnt fit
i think it would take some work to get it, but its possible

Toy could probably do it, even if there were fitment problems, those could be overcome with imagination.

The 4 mounting points will be the same, a great thing about Subaru, all the seats are interchangable.

As far as the other stuff, I have no idea. Do the Legacy seats have airbags?

I know I'm not alone when I say that 02-03 seats (for me) are far more comfortable than any later WRX seat, and the LGT seats as well. There's actually a thread on it as we speak...

Also if anyone has access to wiring diagrams for a 2005 WRX let me know, that might make life easier.....

Hey REX8..... Do you know how can I find the thread on the seats? No pun intended....
