Headlights and passing vehicle inspection
So I am new to the Greenfield area in MA. I just went to have my vehicle inspected at Art's Tire. It's a 2006 Forester. I knew there was something a little wrong in the front end. There was a slight clunk every so often from the right front. Not sure as to what it was, ball joint, or tie rod maybe...idk. Any who ! According to them. My car failed because my left high beam did not work. And I quote "There is something loose in the front end". The guy at the counter would not tell me what it was...***129335;****9794;***65039;. Upon leaving, my steering seemed super sloppy compared to what it was when I drove in, and now there is a slight shimmy while driving down the road ! I am totally new to the Greenfield area, and really dont know a soul here. Is there anyone who can help me out/or refer me to a decent mechanic who won't rape me !!???. I really don't have a lot of funds. And, I don't know too much about cars. I already tried to replace the high beam bulb, but it didn't help. I need to get this stuff fixed, so I can pass inspection. I AM PLEADING FOR HELP FROM THE SUBARU COMMUNITY IN THE 01301 AREA !!! PLEASE HELP !!!

Closing this since you already cross-posted in NESIC for local assistance, otherwise I would have moved it there.
