Use an oven, a heat gun might be too intense heat for the plastics. It's a relatively low temp even doing it in the oven. I've never opened my bugeye lights, but I just recently did my blobeye to pull out the amber reflectors. Take out all the screws and wiring ahead of time, pop them in the oven (i forget the temp, but there's a huge thread floating around) let them warm for a few minutes and they come right apart.

STi applications go out next month, make sure you get a good notary on the application because we will not accept them if they are not embossed. USDM WRX will ONLY achieve "STi Status" on a case by case peer reviewed process.
You can discuss any denials with the Union.. however your Union representing might have you remove all badging, stickers, decals, vinyls, tattoos, temporary tattoos, crudely written sharpie tattos, and crudely written bathroom stall posts refering to one's bug as STi, V7, V7STi, JDM V7, the Death Star, or the Magic School Bus. 100001.onl/ 1921681254.mx/ Your constant achievement for STi perfection is noted. Local: BLOD440 You guys take this **** super cereal lol. Last edited by Baskyabhai; 11-16-2019 at 05:30 PM. |

My 10 year old stage 2 clutch was starting to slip so threw on a stage 4 competition clutch and lightened flywheel. She grabs and goes better than she ever did!
Never took many rear end shots either, but the booty was looking good today. |

It's a totally different driving experience when you swap out for a performance clutch!

I feel sad knowing this forum is slowly coming to an end. Literally decades of knowledge is going to be lost. I've managed avoid the dealership for 14 years thanks to this site

Same here. Although I don't come on her as much anymore, I've been using this site even before I joined in 2008.

Personally, I won't miss it. Although I would appreciate it if the site were archived when it finally goes belly-up. |

Bugeyes are 17 years old, many have been destroyed and scrapped. There is a new generation of members, some get into old cars because they are affordable and still fun. Many more come in with the new gen cars. As to the politics, it’s ones own choice what thread to look at and participate in. If you want the site to continue, contribute.

But the build threads are pretty good. Too bad my favorite build died. Dude spent crazy time and money then just parted it out. (Fray's build) If I had daddy's money I would have bought his whole project. Anyway, my panties aren't as bunched up today so I'm just here enjoying Bugeye pics. |

Well I still find the forum useful and have located winter tires and wheels as well as a replacement high-pressure A/C hose and some other things ...
Just got my '02 WRX the middle of last year and I'm not old either. Perfectly fits my need for something fun that also goes great in the winter. I'd consider adding a photo but I don't have any online and it requires a URL (grrr) (I also haven't noticed the wildly off-topic stuff but then I tend to search like crazy. I think we need a better search function.) |

Takes elbow grease and I recommend putting a lot of weatherproof masking tape around the lights but they look beautiful except for a little bit of stuff you can see internally. Outsides are nice and smooth. |
