Default Bosch ev14 vs Denso injectors?

Looking at injectors for like 350-375whp. DW 1000cc Bosch are less expensive than Denso 850ccs also from DW. Assuming I don’t need more than 850cc, are the Denso superior injectors?

If you run E85 make sure you go with a bigger injector. Fuel injector clinic is also an amazing brand that many people use on their Subaru, my 2150cc are beautiful!

Thanks I will check FIC. I don’t think e85 will be available here any time soon!

fIC has more appropriately sized 775’s. Would Be perfect up to 360whp ish.

Out of all the info, and all the options. You chose modded 420's??? As in denso's??? or a bosch variant?

Default Bosch ev14 vs Denso injectors?

Yes FIC is going to mod and test my old Denso 420s. If they aren’t close enough in flow I won’t use them. Price is an issue and they are a lot cheaper than the next better option.

Sounds like a gamble too me but ok.. Id say, save your pennies and buy a new or lightly used fic, id, bosch injectors. youll have a better end product. I just see examples of this sort of thing. 9 times out of 10, someone spends alot more then if they just went with the better option in the first place. Back in the day we did the modded stockers only because the options were next to non.

Again, just my opinion.

If FIC says they’re no good then I will go from there.

So 1 injector was 13% off. Told them to keep them for someone else and send me their custom 775s.

Hi there i'm not willing to post another thread.

Hi there, since i would like to swap out my injectors and the Bosch ev14 are pretty common and cheap over here, there are still some questions on my mind.
The car in questions is an 04 wrx with the ej20.

Has had anyone fitted Bosch injectors with the ev14 connector to their car?

Anything Else i might stumble upon?

How is the fitting on the intake?
Do i need wider ruberplugs and do i need an eletrical adapter or will they fit nicely?

Five0 says they are a direct fit, but how could that be if the ejs are denso plugs?

I have done tons of research and have heard and read that the ev14 Bosch are hit or miss depending on where you get them from. Cobb 1050x and the ID 1050x are the most popular choice and have great tuning with close to stock idle the Bosch 1000 seem to have some idling issues but I guess it depends on the tuner and the setup for that. I just got the Cobb 1050x myself but, wont really know for myself til I get the engine in the car. I am waiting on machine shop.
