Does anyone know the part number for the 3rd brake LED strip on a 2014 WRX? Like half the LEDs on mine are dead and I want to get it replaced

LED Tail Lights Causing ABS/TC/HSA Fault
Has anyone run into an issue with LED tail lights causing a fault with the ABS, traction control, & hill start assist?
I replaced my tail lights on my '14 WRX this weekend with Morimoto X-VF 7443's but had the problem with these faults while driving when applying the brake. Switched back to the halogens and haven't had a problem. I'm stumped... |

The Ultimate Bulb Lighting Thread: All You Ever Need to Know About Bulbs
So it looks like someone deleted my previous post. Silverstars are brighter than regular bulbs. I would like to see how you concluded they are not.. and basically you are saying that sylvania is using false advertising. And that thousands of people that use them are crazy when they "think they can see better"

How do I access 06 impreza passenger turn signal??
Hey guys,
My passenger turn signal burnt out and I had been able to access the bulb through the engine bay. There was not enough slack in the power cable (i assume) to pull the bulb completely out! How do I fully remove the bulb? I have searched youtube and various forums and have found nothing useful (everything on different models). Please help! |

Steering Responsive Headlamps HELP
2 years ago I purchased a 2018 WRX premium. At the time I was not informed of the ridiculous headlamps in that car. The steering responsive LED's. Yesterday the passenger side went out. (in only 2 years) and guess what? You can't replace the bulb without going to Subaru. It's $130 bucks just for labor. And they don't replace the bulb, the whole headlamp needs to be replaced.
Anyone else encounter this issue? Has anyone heard of replacing the headlamp back to something where I can replace the bulbs on my own? Thanks |

Fog light questions.
I have a 05 Subaru Impreza 2.5 RS and when I purchased the vehicle it didn't have any fog lights(housing or bulbs). I was wondering what the dimensions are so I can purchase some. Also if you have any aftermarket recommendations I'd love to hear them.

Fog light inner cap - limiter?
I have a 2009 WRX with factory fog lights, I'm replacing the bulbs for leds and noticed a metallic inner cap. That looks like a restrictive thing, because lights should be brighter without it, right?
So, I didn't thought about it until working with them, and now it seems useless to install leds with that cap inside. I dissasemble one unit and it seems not possible to unscrew the cap, as it is sealed inside. Theres no backway into it either; cutting the base of the cap could be a problem as it's diameter seems bigger than the bulb's hole. So, is there a replacement fog light without that inner cap-limiter or is there a work around? |

What about interior bulbs like dash lights and stuff? I was totally expecting to see that here, or atleast hoped to.

Assuming I have read the article right its not an option just to switch the bulbs to led's (rear lights) although I am pretty sure some car I had I was just able to do so & it worked well. Its a shame that there seem to be very few options to change out the rear lights on Subbies. I put Hella units into my F150

That "cap" is part of what cuts the vertical height of the foglight so it won't blind you in the fog. Removing the inner cap allows light to shine up which then reflects back at you when bouncing off the fog. Sorta negates using foglights in the first place. |
