Default 2013 wrx ignition relay issue

Hi all,

Need some advice regarding how to trace a short to the ignition relay behind the glove box. Car wouldn't start but started after relay was replaced but still see the relay cutting out ignition every once in a while. The relay itself is clicking in and out. Wire connection behind it seems fine. Would appreciate advice on where to start looking.

The trouble may be just a bad connection to the relay coil instead of a short issue. You aren't blowing any fuses are you? I suggest you purchase a factory wiring manual for the car. The best investment you can make to help you solve this issue. You can either go to Subaru and download the information for a fee or go to Ebay and purchase a manual there for a good price. The manual will show you all the information you need to find the trouble.
