That's adorable, Vic. Nice to know you're still alive!

If I were you I'd totally do the same thing. I'd buy something North America doesn't have an flaunt it.

J, I do miss my BRZ a lot. If the new STI isn't a hatch then I think I'll keep my Impreza and get the new BRZ. Especially since the Impreza will be paid off by then. Are you in... Florida?

I need to get me some AKIC stickers on it though! Not that anyone here in Norway knows what that is... And then some Jeep'n Alaska stickers too, since I had a Rubicon last in AK!

I agree with you, it does feel that way. It's hard to imagine that we used to meet once a month and we'd have 15-30 people show and bs and talk cars. I'll never forget those days, the "good days."

But things do change. I still peace sign Subarus, even when I'm in the Bimmer. Sometimes I get that, "who the hell are you?" look

I'm pretty sure I saw you at the Mt. View car wash the other month as you drove away and I was pulling up.

I just made it to Portland. On my way to Massachusetts, my new home. TBH, east coast has always felt like home. Alaska never did. And I was born and raised there.

I'm not a very nostalgic person, but I do miss talking to car guys about car things. Now I'm passing a lot of that knowledge down to whoever is interested. My new roommate has a 2005 WRX that's been tuned and modified. He's heavily mechanically inclined, so it's been fun talking Subie shop with him. He helped me lower my 2017 Impreza Sport hatch, and now he's gonna help me drive it from Portland to Massachusetts, and put the stock springs back on.

Is everyone using Facebook now to buy and sell parts? I'm looking for some rare goodies.

And the new project car. 2000 2.5rs 5 speed. Needs a little tlc on the body and a transmission input shaft seal but I love it.

Hopefully replace the trans seal in next few weeks and have a Subie to beat around town again.

Very nice! I've been playing a lot of Forza and the 22B really makes me miss my RS. I'm glad people are still seeking them out!

Never lost my love for the GC chassis. Been wanting another and this 2.5rs just happened to pop up at the right time for a steal. Couldn't say no and happier than happy with having a coupe 2.5rs 5spd. It's been a bit if a holy grail car for me since I had my 93 Impreza L.

It's snowing here in NE.

STI is tucked in, staying free of salt.

So this looks like the once in a blue moon post, Still rocking the same cars, but it has been handed down to the son, he is just a year older than the car itself.
Cheers
