Default Wrx wont start

So a few days ago i was out shopping and i went to start my car and the battery was "low" and it threw the p2146 code just clicked and and refused to crank over... i looked on the forum and saw that it was potentially the battery so i had my alternator starter and battery tested and the battery was low enough to the point where i was like what ever ill get a new one...so i did that the car ran good and today i go to start my car and my dash is flickering and my screen completely reset and will not start i have no idea what to do

Make sure the terminals are fastened completely. Also if it was sitting a while then it could be a parasitic drain draining the battery when it’s off. Does it still click when trying to start?
