So this entire setup cost less than a Blouch Stock location turbo, and far far less then an EFR setup.

Just got it fired up yesterday. Need to do my Meth and then I am done.

I just recently put together a similar set up for my car. Up pipe pedestal and Borg Warner s257sxe. I 100% agree on price....this whole thing cost less than my new 16g xtr did. The non-efr Borg’s are priced really well.

Currently I’m just on a stock ej205 at 20 psi. Hopefully I’ll be getting a built block in there soon and run 25-30 psi.

Looking great man.

If you're handy with a welder and don't mine an few extra couplers if you cant make the boost piping work then this is easily one of the best routes to go.

It’s definitely laggier, but thats expected going from a 38 to 65 lbs per min turbo on a 2.0 engine. It’s really not too bad though. I do have a 0.63 housing, so that helps. Haven’t really done any work for spool and low end stuff in the tune yet, so it’s hard to compare.

Do you have a dyno chart or Virtual dyno or log you can post?

Hey all,

Finally was able to hit the dyno on my new build. Specs and dyno sheet below.

2006 STi. 78k Miles

Mods:
Full-Race EFR 6758, .64 a/r
Full-Race V-band downpipe
Full-Race Up-pipe
ID1050X
AEM 320
Cobb Flex Fuel
IAG TGV Deletes
IAG Stage 2 Tuff Short block
Stock cams
Stock exhaust manifold (no porting)
Stock heads (Zero mile refresh)
Manley springs/retainers
Perrin Inlet
KSTech CAI
-6 a/n series suel system
Aeromotive FPR
Grimmspeed TMIC
IAG Street AOS
11mm oil pump (stock, no shims)

93 Octane: 352whp/350wtq
E85: 450whp/477wtq

This is a purpose built street/autocross setup, so the goal was neck breaking torque and as close to OEM spool as possible. This car hits hard, and spools faster than stock. Johnson Tuning did all of the map work on the Fathouse Fabrications dyno in Indiana.

Compared to: https://i.imgur.com/pGcMzrf.jpg from https://forums.nasioc.com/forums/sho....php?t=2799707, which made roughly the same power on gas and 5-6 PSI less. My MAF was registering 420ish g/s.

Dyno reads very low, and as all of you know it is just a tool. We stopped at 26psi because my crappy tires were deflecting a lot under load (it was seen under wheel speed on the dyno and it was not even close to linear) so we weren't seeing much more gains as we turned it up, it also could be the reason why the numbers appear low. For what its worth on pump gas I hit 385g/s this morning and on meth I've hit 445g/s now.

Just for craps and giggles. Here is a virtual dyno run in 4th gear with the meth turned on. Ambient temp was 88F. Note the AFR, my DW65c can't keep up on the top end, I have an AEM 320 going. Thank goodness for Differential Fuel Pressure.

That reads low? I hit around the same g/s a second and the dyno I was on spit out 367whp.

For guys with the speed sensor hooked up - what are the options for gauge and/or ECU connection?

I've seen the tsg-1, but want to know my other options.
