I took car for ride today. When I got back I checked headlamp indicator light and main dccd switch light HVAC still flickering.

I pulled illumination fuse put back in relay clicked and then stopped flickering.

The AC voltage readings you got are good. The reason you saw the high voltage is due to the voltage spike seen when you make initial connect to the DC line.

I can only think that the flickering was due to dirty relay contacts.

The ECU may be picking up some noise in certain positions or there may be faulty pin connections to it. You might try wrapping the ECU in foil to see if that helps clear up a possible noise issue. I kind of doubt that is causing the issue but it is possible.

I noticed another odd issue today when looking at log.

If I dont start car and put in gear any gear says im in 6th gear.

If I start car put in any gear says its in 1st gear. Thought that was odd.

I'll give that a try. I just twisted the wires on each plug. and plugged them back in to the ecu. Hoping that would make better contact and eliminate any interference. I'm wondering if its my aftermarket rock auto crankshaft sensor causing issues and aftermarket denso rock auto front o2 sensor.

I was also thinking contacts on that relay. I pulled main relay apart that looked clean. Noticed an off center pin though inside the case so I lined that back up. All seems well there. Those round relays dont seem to be able to get access however so I may need to swap or replace that. Probably gonna try and swap for another first to see if issue travels to other circuit.

I still would like to get to replace my d pin plug on the ecu as that one isnt looking pretty after being poked with a pick from my fabulous friend lol. B plug looks factory so I know that ones good. Plus I also noticed my recirculation button works better after I changed that plug. Before I had to hit it hard before it would turn on or off.

I guess my wideband is broke. Worried me for a second did a pull and it went full lean. Did another and checked o2 from ecu was 11.0 afr is set to like 10.9

I dont think thats the issue but yet another one mehh..

Oddly if I turn my illumination switch down to 3rd click or less the flickering issue goes away. If it's on 4 or 5 they flicker. Then last night on my way home my freaking blinkers stopped working. But they work with the key fob when unlock or locking.

So I pulled the flasher illumination relay. And tightened the terminals with a pick banged it a few times and my blinkers started working again.

However I'm sure there is an issue with it. I did notice it has capacitors inside. And a microchip after pulling it apart.

Meh debating of getting an oem one or a super bright led one and changing to led. But then I am thinking what about the hvac unit then I'd need to change those to led also?

When I say fixed it I mean I fixed the flickering hvac issue..

Sorry didnt have time to write everything..

I still have high resistance at the obd2 ground wire and the immobilizer. At least until the main relay shuts down then it returns to normal.

In the fsm troubleshooting section for immobilizer ground it states to wait about 8 second iirc before checking the resistance between ignition cycles. Im assuming its for the systems to shut down in order to get a reading from the actual wire and not through a live circuit. However mine seems to take longer to shut down.
