Default First start after mods

ok so i have a 2002 wrx. It had been modified by the last owner but not very well so i am trying to make what i have work. The car has an ej205 with stock internals, an ebay china TD05h, huge fmic, walbro fuel pump, perrin fuel rails, stock injectors, perrin cold air intake, ****y air filter, hks ssqv bov and a grimm speed electronic boost controller. it had a prior tune from another shop limiting the rpms to about 6400 because the stock injectors couldnt flow enough and it would lean out any higher. ok so now ive swapped the fmic for an sti tmic, installed ID1050x's, put a fresh walbro fuel pump in and reinstalled the bov on the tmic. the car didnt come with an access port but i have one yet to be installed. My question is can i start the car and move it around/drive carefully back and forth to the shop or do i need to tow it to a shop for a pro tune?
