Default Any legitimate machine shops in Houston or near?

I'm considering replacing my ACT organic disc with the sprung puck version and will need to resurface the ACT Streetlite flywheel, not sure if the pressure plate can also be successfully surfaced because of the design.

There may be ten thousand miles on the clutch before the engine cracked a liner, so the surfaces are extremely true and not overheated. I just want to be sure they have the proper surface to break in with the new puck disc.

I had my old exedy low mileage surfaced by a local shop and they said it had "a special metal" and was difficult to machine. They also had to send it to a shop in another city to pull the dowel pins, which is pretty pathetic since they are supposedly a shop that does many race builds.

I also learned the flywheel surface needs to be equally cut on the area where the disc touches and the area the pressure plate bolts to, for maintaining proper geometry. This is something some shops may not care enough to do, but it definitely needs to be. It's also important they remove the least amount possible to do it correctly, so I'm looking for someone with comprehensive knowledge in this.

Thanks for any recommendations. I live in SW Louisiana but it's not a big deal for me to take a little trip for good work, and there are so many great places in the Houston area to eat.
