Looking for some CAD drawing for a ej25. Torque plate. I see guys advertise the plate for sale but want some drawings instead. Don't know if this is in the right spot either. Thx

You might be better off buying a head gasket and taking some dimensions. Not sure if anyonee would give out this information.

Outer holes will be the same, inner diameters will be different but the same center - center dimension.

thats what I thought. Nobody seems to be around with these drawings, i might end up having to measure them out from my head gasket. once i get my hands on one i'll see about posting it up somewhere so everybody can access it.

Are you guys making the bore slightly larger or smaller then the ID of the head gasket? I measured the stock sti gasket and got 101.27mm. Im assuming slightly smaller as I cant really see the gasket in "most" pics of them installed on a block. From what Ive seen folk make them from 101-103mm. I think slightly smaller would be the way to go...

I got my hands on a .dxf for a torque plate. if you want a copy or better yet if you can host a copy for anyone to download just pm me with your email address and i will send it. I made it out of some 1.25 aluminum and made up some bolt spacers from mild steel with a washer under them. worked out fine with my ej251 block. with the 1.25 plate the spacers ended up being 2.6" long minus whatever thickness steel washer you use, if you use one.

Knowing that the topic is 4 years old, does anyone has those cad files

I will have to make them myself as the import and delivery cost as much as the plate itself.
