I lurk.
Far Northwest Carrollton area, that little part that is more Lewisville than Carrolton. Work down in Las Colinas. Kids school and church are down in north dallas.

I get on facebook only when I absolutely must. Just like Waterboy.....Facebook's from the devil.

I did that with mine. They are no longer a Subaru dealer, and they "lost" all the records and refuse to stand behind the repair. Subaru is no help. Just go to a good body shop.

I used to be on a bunch of various bike forums that suffered the same fate. Seems like all forums died. Not sure FB is to blame but FB sucks anyways. LOL.

Using NASOIC for my new found Subaru love. Mostly the Motorsports section. And occasionally poking the liberals in the eye over at OT.

After a very long time, I am now looking for a fun car that's cheap and the thought of owning another Subaru as an adult, with income, is tempting.

logged in to check the classifieds as I'm sure these cars are better taken care of and I'm disappointed.

You can still find the cars, but it definitely takes time. I drove to Round Rock from Dallas to get my 05 WRX. It only had 41k on it at the time. It took me 3 years of looking to find that car.

Is NASIOC as a whole kind of dying or is it just the regional forums? I moved to TX 4 years ago, but I used to be super active in the mid-A section about 15 years ago.

People just have to use it to make it happen. But I think the issue was people being jerks on forums caused facebook to grow. Now people on facebook are jerks and so its worse but with less searchable history.

I just used it, seems like more Houston people would, with so many Subaru dealers near.

If I end up taking the flywheel to the Houston area to get machined, I can mention it here, if anyone wants to meet and grab some food and maybe talk Subaru nonsense. There are so many great places to eat.

Forum bump!!!

I'm still here from time to time...haven't had a Suby since we stopped having the meets back in ... oh... 07/08? Right around the time that Seannie passed-away. (Pepperidge Farm...can you help here?)

All about to change though... paid a visit to my local Subaru Stockists and will be wearing WRB again by this weekend.

How many Triple OG Triple-Triple OG's are still on here?
