Evergreen Subaru in Auburn has been top notch with their sales department. Their no pressure sales team has exceeded my expectations and eventhough it will be more than 200 miles of extra travel for me to get my new 2015 wrx, it is well worth it as opposed to dealing with the local smarmy dealer. Oh, did I mention a $2000 savings off msrp and Lifetime (yes, lifetime) powertrain warranty that Evergreen offers at no extra charge!

Patriot Subaru is very highly renowned and have very loyal customer base. Ive been shopping for my new WRX and have found the associates there very helpful.

Their lifetime warranty is backed by an insurance policy rather than by the dealership itself so your covered even if they go out of business!

They have plants instead of balloons and an organic garden! -Definitely a different place.

Do not go to Bath Subaru, well, at least for service. My wife and I were vacationing on Orr's Island last month and were experiencing a weird noise with her '13 Impreza Sport. I ended up finding a tire had a bulge in it, which was causing the noise. Anyway, before I realized what the problem was I called Bath Subaru and explained my worry. I told them we had a 300 mile drive home and were afraid to drive it. They told me they did not have any openings for days. I asked if there was any chance they could squeeze me in just to take a look. They said they could not and showed no concern at all.

So, I ended up calling Pape Subaru in South Portland. They were incredibly friendly and understanding of our situation. They had the tire in stock that was needed and scheduled me to come in 2 days later. At the dealership they were also easy to deal with and took a little off the price because I pulled the wheel of the car for them.

In sum, avoid Bath Subaru's Service Dept. like the plague and go to Pape Subaru.

I would also recommend Patriot Subaru in Saco. I have bought 2 WRXs and also a Legacy from them. Each time I was very pleased, if you are looking for a new Subi stop in and speak with Jim Connolly.
