I believe that’s your air pump.

Start by looking at what it’s plugged in to. Looks like it might be your IACV, however I’m not super familiar with the EJ25T.

It's pretty hard to figure out overall location of the first pic, but if I'm seeing it correctly, could that be a TGV sensor? Looks like it's inline with the intake ports on top of the head, where the TGV's would be. Never heard of one leaking though.

Yeah looks like the tgv end plate. These have the sensor and motor combined on one side and plate on the other. There is a gasket inside of that that seals the butterfly valve rod. You could replace that it just silicone that plate and put it on.

The plate. It is part of the tgv.

I've repaired this specific thing numerous times on different EJs, very common for them to get pushed out with age and boost. There is a seal that seals the TGV shaft. If you remove that plate you will see the seal has slid out. It can be pushed back in but will come back out. I usually use a little silicone around the back of the seal and push back in so the silicone will hold the seal to the TGV housing. That silver plate with the 2 screws does not have a gasket or seal anything it is merely a "Dust" plate.

Seal reinstalled with silicone

This is only an issue on the 06+ style TGV when they moved the TGV motor and TGV position to one side.
