Side note, the courtesy cars windscreen cracked during my time with it and the dealer is trying to get $1000 out of me for the repair. This is going to suck!!
WTF is up with Subaru Canada and getting TSB things done. Someone’s bonus must be tied to this metric. Damn near impossible for me to get a new TOB under a TSB along with getting the updated battery charging logic ECU programming. I get it, good profit to be made trying to get people to pay for a new battery every 2 years, but come on. No dice for me for getting it done under warranty. Useless support.

Glad your pitch stop mount got covered. Sucks about the cracked windshield though, hope it got sorted out

Perrin Brace and Group N Pitch stop installed over the weekend, little to no NVH added.

Not a hard job if you have a buddy help out when bleeding the clutch line.

So just wondering, anyone out there who added the Perrin pitchstop brace ever have the older 2015-2016 brace crack after the install? I have a 2016 WRX and just wondering if i should install the brace. Canadian model so i don't think the U.S. recall will protect me.

I was pushing near 500whp no issues on that brace.. yet I did have all other mounts changed to hard / solid, and thus I probably dont get as much movement as if you just have a solid pitch stop along with that brace.. (tubular trans solid hook up, hard poly motor mounts, fluidampr pulley, etc..) I would not recommend running any brace if your firewall is cracked.. get it fixed, then run the brace. If the brace has broken, I would reach out to Perrin ( they have great customer service ) good luck

15 WRX with 101k miles. Mines still good, installed the Perrin brace really early on... maybe around 20k miles, don’t remember too well, I think I wrote it down in a log somewhere.
