Default 2016 wrx misfiring after new parts installed

I've had my 2016 wrx cvt since march of this year and up until this week ago when I installed my parts, it's been running perfectly. I put on a grimmspeed CAI, grimmspeed EBCS, and a mishimoto DP. After that before I started the car I changed the tune to the cobb stage 1+ big sf 93 octane to use until I got my E-tuning process started. But, when I started the car it turned on and then once it was done warming up it started to idle roughly and what seemed like a misfire. I don't know as much about cars as a lot of people but my friends that was helping me said it was running lean at idle. Also, when I go to stop at a stop sign or stop light it is really rough and feels like it's misfiring. When i'm driving around it is perfectly fine and when I get on it the engine is fine and performs perfectly. I don't have my AP with me right now but I checked the error codes and it said cylinder 4 misfires. I changed the spark plugs last night but the problem came back after the first drive when I left about 30 minutes later. I'm considering it could be a vacuum line because of the boost controller or maybe a fuel injector but I'm not sure because I feel like it would've been happening before installing the parts if it was a problem with something that isn't newly added. I plan on checking everything tonight to make sure it was installed correctly and then going to troubleshoot a few things. Does anyone have any idea of what it could be or any tips on what to do?

Update: I have now changed tuners because the tuner I had (brentuning) didn't send me a base tune when I told him he was wrong and I shouldn't be running the cobb ots tune and that was the reason im having misfires. Ambott is now sending me a base tune for my car.

Cobb OTS tune is ONLY for Cobb parts, ESPECIALLY the intake. DP is Stage 2. You need to get a base tune from your e-tune guy before you blow up the car.

Default wrong tune

It's running rough because it's tuned incorrectly. Stage 1+ is for Cobb SF intake, stock DP.

Because you changed out the DP and EBCS, you gotta protune the car now. The preloaded maps will not work at this point. You can also E-tune, but it'll take a few days for the tuners to develop a map for your parts. I wouldn't drive the car until that happens. Otherwise, the car will keep misfiring till it blows up.

C'mon guys you have to read before you just go slapping any old tune on your car with any old parts. You're lucky your car still has a running engine.

People don't do the littlest of research before doing anything! This irks me so much.

You can't run those parts without a proper tune. Cobb OTS tunes are for cobb products and for specific combination of part installations. The OTS tune should never be used in place of a protune. Bare minimum is an e-tune.
