Default Wrx knocking

Hey guys so I’m running a off the shelf stage 1 tune from Cobb on my Rex and last night I was driving on the highway cruising for sure and then I shifted and couldn’t rev by past 3k. I pulled off the highway and got to red light and the car stalled out idk how so started it back up and pulled over hearing some knocking sounds and was idling very low and weird. I also looked at my feedback knock and it said the highest it was at was -9 so I checked my oil which I had changed not to long ago and no shiny or metal shavings that I could see on the dipstick. I’m hoping I don’t have to buy a new engine but looking for any information on what it might be thank you guys

Best bet is to have it towed to a mechanic and have them drain the oil and look the whole car over. Over the internet it is hard to diagnose your actual issues 100% as there are so many variables that could cause these issues.
