Default There are bad drivers, and then there's ???

I was heading west-bound on Westminster highway, up ahead in the right lane was a white BMW, didn't think too much about it until the driver decided to try and make a lane change into me which nearly ended up with them side-swiping me.

At this point I'm thinking why they didn't check their side view mirror or do a shoulder check to make sure there weren't any cars that were in their way before they did their lane change.

Well it turns out they couldn't see anything out the left window, with the clear skies we're getting today, the driver thought it would be a good idea to drive with one hand while holding a black garbage bag over the left window to block out the sun. Now I've seen those welder masks that people seem to love to wear but this taking it to the next level. Definitely not a safe way of driving.

The things people do to avoid the sun.. its nuts...

There will and always will be bad drivers, especially in Richmond.

One ended up hitting my car on Thursday night at Aberdeen mall, my alarm warned me that it was hit when I unarmed it. Luckily, it was only a few minor scratches and rubs. Something I'll take care of this weekend or perhaps Monday!

It's time to lobby for a change of rules to legally allow some sort of front side tint that is useful - this is stupid. I drive north south often enough that I wanted to tint the front sides, the law be damned, but I also travel in Richmond too often
