Default AFR problem on WOT

Hi. I have a Forester SF5 MY02 and I have an AFR problem

When idle or cruising, the AFR is good (14.3-14.7). But by stepping on the accelerator more than 50% to WOT, the AFR goes lean (15 to 18, and then down to 13). Its a closed loop / open loop transition problem?

Setup:
Testes1010 stage 2 map
Turbo swap to TD04
Forged pistons (NPR rings)
Forged H-Beam rods
Stock 5mt trans. (4.444)
Stock 440cc injectors
Walbro 255 w/ hard wire (14v~)
Spark plugs NGK Iridium BKR7EIX
5mm Phenolic Spacer
Stock intercooler
11mm phill restrictor
Stock inlet
Stock filter box
Stock Y pipe
Prosport Wideband sensor locate on downpipe, 5cms after flange).

Checked:

-Fuel pressure after Fuel Filter (42~ psi idling, to 50-54~ psi when thortle open)
-NGK Iridium BKR7EIX (gap 0.075mm)
-Battery Voltage OK (13.9~14.2)
-Grown OK
-MAF OK

Suspicion:
-Bad fuel filter?
-Bad fuel pump filter?
-I see a little perspiration on two injectors
-Bad fuel rail FPR?
-Bad fuel return line FPR?
-While the car is on idle, being outside the gasoline pump is heard loudly, like a whistle

any help?

I keep having issues with the AFR in WOT. Could it be that the injectors are small? I'm using the ones that came in the Forester, according to the specifications, they are 565cc (they are Denso, it says 3920, up 27, and at the base where the plug 19 goes)

So WOT is open loop, meaning it is running on a programmed map for fuel delivery.
If you are using an off-the-shelf tune I would recommend visiting a tuner before I threw more money at parts-swapping.
