Aye keep me updated on the build my man. It'll be exciting to see a restoration like this. And sounds like it'll be (relatively) cheap to do. Guess we'll see if it works out that way. When a rod bearing goes, usually a lot of other things go with it and will need replacing. Good luck!

You don't think that after 5 years, the OP has probably moved on to other "projects" ?
