I would contact this fellow on Ebay: http://www.ebay.com/usr/richstage4

I rebuild turbos as well, have built a few hundred of them, but for much larger diesel motors though. To be honest there is no reason to buy new. Acid dip the housings to clean them. Replace the rotating guts, bearings, compressor wheel, and so on, balance...much cheaper than a new one, and built with OE parts it will be just as good as new....

That is my opinion on these. Take it or leave it.. I find a lot of opinions seem to have the mind set of bolt on and throw away on here....

Thanks nossliw, the car had not been burning or smoking any grey or white smoke before the turbo failed so I'm not sure if the mixing had taken place before turbo ****ted out or after. And most of the mixing in oil pan was from wd40 getting the dipstick tube out of the pan itself, someone before me used a type of caulking on it and couldn't pull it out so sprayed it thinking it was stuck from corrosion.
The metal in oil pan looks like the bearing from the turbo, yea the banjo bold had been removed before me it seems also.
I will be using the banjo bolt filter will I flush the oil a few times checking and cleaning it every time if needed then I will remove the screen after that.

I would absolutely not put the filter back in. I once heard "If subaru didn't put those filter screens in the banjo bolts, I'd be out of business."

There are two other ones I'd suggest you remove as well.

Question blown turbo

Before you pulled your turbo, how was the car running? My mother in law has an 05 XT that I believe the turbo is going out on. Lots of smoke when accelerating and no power, but feels ok when just moving at low speeds.

Dealer said "needs new motor" without even taking a look under the hood so I'm hesitant that the motor just completely died over night.
