Default AZUL_STi's 2013 STi Hatch Lil Show-Lil Go

I bought my 2013 STi 2 years ago. I spent about 8 months trying to locate a blue hatch. One week prior to driving to VA, one popped up down the street in GA, so I had to go check it out. Needed a lil TLC. 1st owner took really good care of it, put classy mods on it. 2nd Owner had the car for about 6 months realizing with a kid he couldn't afford it. So i swooped in to save the day.

I've always been Go > Show. Trying to add a few more aesthetics to the car without going too crazy. Keeping Function > Form On to to the whip:

Feel free to follow me on IG and i'll do likewise @azul_sti

"Mods" When Purchased:
-Invidia Single exit cat back
-Prova Yellow Mirrors
-Perrin Wheel Spacers
-Injen Intake
-Sound Deadening material in all doors (found out b/c speakers didnt work)
-Tail Light tint
-Roof was wraped
-Subaru window guards

Practically a bone stock car. After listening to the radio I noticed the speakers sounded like ****. So after further inspection i found the 1st owner was an aduio junkie and deaden all the doors but when he sold the car he put he OEM speakers back in but didn't hook them all up.

One thing I do with any project or hobby is I do research. I keep digging for the correct answers. I don't just do what everyone else is doing. Yea it's easy buying everything pre-made or common b/c it's the cool thing to do. Be different and do it right for christs sake. lol

~2018 Mods~
-Cobb AP

Before said mods, I went to the track to get a baseline. I was consistent 13.4/5@103 on a very hot GA day.

I chuckled. Should have let them try, and when they burned the vinyl you could make them replace it.

Car looks great, tastefully modded, and should be loads of fun. Well done.

That Christmas pic is one of the best car photos I’ve ever seen. I saw that on IG for some vendor contest. Rallysport maybe?

Yea that was me! Thanks! I got really lucky with that pic, just bought a tripod and banged out quite a few shots and then it broke. haha

I havent been able to do much to her lately but I finished her headlights up. TheRetrofitSource clear lens with honeycomb etching, yellow high beam bucket, Morimoto profile prisim demon eyes, removed amber reflector custom turn signal blades with switchback turn signals but I have left the white off. I prefer amber turns and a chrome housing on my old girl. New redesigned chassis mounted splitter.

I LOVE that grille! I've only seen a handful of people delete the mustache before. How difficult was it, any pics of the process? Also any pics of how you mounted your splitter to the chassis? I'm about to start building my own.
