Default Quarter Panel Rust Repair

Has anyone tried using a KeyParts rear arch panel made for the 93-00 Impreza on a 07? I’m only talking about using the section that always rust out below the fuel door. Is this section the same on both models?

The panel for the '93-'00 will not fit an '07. Sorry- they are very different. If you can make it fit you might as well just start with flat steel.

Thanks SpeedyHam. I know the panel is not the same, I was more interested in the 6" of the wheel arch below the fuel door. But no worries anymore, I ended up getting a02-07 panel from subiesaver, even though he charges $40 more.

Have you checked out the website subiesavers.com? They advertise repair panels.

I did end up getting the 02-07 from s_biesavrs. Great job getting it to me quick but charged $45 for $15 shipping. Oh well, what you gonna do.

Yes it got to me straight and the arch was smooth. The body shop said they were very happy with it. They didn’t use the whole thing, only the back half of the arch about 6” up maybe. Car looks good as new. Question now is how long will it last.
